HR CONSULTANCY
You will be fully responsible for agency contractors population (more than 100 employees, various job profiles) allocated to the customer. You will be the main point of contact for hiring managers, personnel agencies, HR and Procurement department of the customer and also for the allocated agency employees regarding any questions concerning agency employment, legislation, internal policies, HR systems etc. You will also communicate with regional management and supervise various HR activities at the client in CR & Slovakia.
HR ADMINISTRATION
Preparation of data for new work contracts, contract changes or terminations, work with HR database and data maintenance, direction of managers in HR admin tasks (HR systems etc.).
Cooperation with colleagues on month end closing (administration of benefits, travel claims, solving issues with timesheets application etc.)
STAFFING
Responsibility for end-to-end process of recruitment to administrative and junior positions (assistants, junior sales, junior IT, planning, logistics etc.). Usually 3-8 open positions per month.
PROCUREMENT
Responsibility for purchase orders (PO) placement on behalf of managers, solving issues with incorrect invoices or PO use.
