Key Accountabilities
1) Execute progressive level tasks listed in the attached detailed task description.
2) Keep required databases and documentations up to date on a daily basis according to internal policies and other requirements applicable
3) Answer ad-hoc requests received from the Business /other contacts and perform subsidiary activities designated by the Team Leader. Perform subsidiary activities with supervision from Team Leader or Expert
4) Train the new team members - give them continuous support
5) Keep Process (Level 5) documentation updated as processes evolve
6) Identify improvement opportunities for his/her tasks - execute own and the expert colleague's/ Team Leader`s action plan about the improvement of the process and provide proposals during the operation.
7) Be available to provide progressive level support to his/her Team colleagues if requested by management, in order to ensure business continuity during heavy workload periods
8) Taking part in setting a back-up system within the team (give training to other TMs about own tasks, receive training at least from one different role and perform tasks according to targets set up by Team Leader)
9) Perform other duties as requested by Team Leader (showing skills / can participate in project and smaller coordination activities)
We require
Education
- Qualification: Degree in Finance / Economics / IT with sense of business or related field
- Language skill: Fluent business English required (+ language of the country of operation advantage but not required)
- Knowledge: Progressive experience with Ms Windows and Ms Office, handling work related systems (like ERP BI and Cognos) and complex databases, progressing accounting/finance knowledge, progressing knowledge of an ERP system (eg SAP, JDE, Oracle, Baan, Exact, etc), experienced/advanced knowledge of Excel (incl. Macro programming / Visual basic) Access / Powerpoint / Cognos (report, query & analysis studio)
Experience
- At least 1 year in similar / other business reporting position.
