Key Accountabilities

- Information about the contracts to sales and the customer
- Create/Enveloping and sending documents to the customers
- Archiving of documents
- Input contract changes and new contracts into IT-systems
- Perform other duties as requested by the Supervisor
- Adapt or install new costumers in SAP
- Administrate and support costumer-data in IT-systems
- Collecting/ bundling orders from salesrep and enter in SAP
- Generate reports and transfer figures in IT-systems


We require

Education
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Legal or related field or related experience


Experience
- 1.5 years prior related position experience required
- Experience of working in a Shared Service Centre environment an advantage
- Basic experience with working in an SAP environment preferred
- Intermediate Country specific customer and legal requirements

- Basic accounting and or legal skills

- Experience with SAP, !Sell & SP&TT environment (knowledge of ERP an advantage)
- General knowledge of Country laws


Language skills
- Intermediate level of English (spoken, reading and writing)
- Fluent in the languages spoken in the country served (spoken, reading and writing)
