Key Accountabilities

- Check, verify, calculate and process bonuses in SAP
- Maintenance & execution of bonus contracts (closing, re-activation, checking, solving errors)
- Maintenance & execution of promotions on InBev & Commercial Products (data entry, closing, re-activation, checking, solving errors, reporting)
- Maintenance & execution of LMA's (data entry, closing, re-activation, checking, solving errors)
- Maintenance & execution & follow up of forward buying on 3PP promotions
- Orientation in Financial Module of SAP (customers' accounts and balances)
- Verification of customer data in SAP Credit Management system
- Communication with internal customers
- Perform other duties as requested by the Team leader
- Input contract changes and new contracts into IT-systems
- Controlling incoming invoices via workflow and make the accounting for booking
- Perform other duties as requested by the Supervisor
- Handle complaints, solve problems, check for errors, make adaptations in IT-systems
- Administrate and support costumer-data in IT-systems
- Controlling of the customer invoices and input the data into the databases (CMT and Access)
- Controlling of the agreements with InBev and the customer
- Make the accounting of these invoices and send them to the relevant employee


We require

- Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Legal or related field or related experience
- 2 years prior related position experience required
- Intermediate level of Dutch (spoken, reading and writing)
- Fluent in English (spoken, reading and writing)
- Experience of working in a Shared Service Centre environment an advantage
- Basic experience with working in an SAP environment needed
- Intermediate Country specific customer and legal requirements
- Knowlegde of the On & Off Trade Business
- High analytical and problem solving skills
- Highly results focused and disciplined
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Ability to be flexible with position duties and scope of work
- Good accounting and or legal skills
- Good relationship skills (team and consumer oriented)
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of financial transaction systems and orders
- Computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc);especially good Excel skills
- Good Problem solving skills
- Experience with SAP environment (knowledge of ERP an advantage)
