Key Accountabilities

- Capture all queries and complaints from customers, both internal and external, coming in by phone, fax, e-mail, with specific attention on complaints about products.

- Interact with all possible ABInBev departments in order to provide an answer to the customer.

- Receives answers and reactions from ABInBev departments and communicates to the customer.

- Call back to the customer in order to check if solution has been executed and to capture customers reaction and satisfaction.

- Close the query / complaint in the database.


We Require
 
- High School Education

- Fluent English and Dutch Language Skills

- Excellent Communication Skills

- Computer skills (Microsoft office : excel, word, outlook);

- Able to work on own initiative and prioritize workload effectively

- Team player
