Key Accountabilities

- Capture all incoming orders from customer or Inbev country organizations by phone, fax, mail, EDI, YBW. For returns the order taker can receive instructions from the logistic administrator to enter orders for returns (empties) in the system. Specific for Recalls The order taker will contact customer to capture details.

- Verify completeness, availability of product, Customer credit, (and pricing); verify if there are specific logistic rules. The order taker must also take into account the specifications of the Customer master data.

- Solve issues : Interact with customer and several internal partners as Supply and transport planning, Sales, contact center and Inbev countries contact centers in order to solve problems and issues of all nature (products, prices, transport, availability, credit)

- Enter orders in SAP and other systems according to the systems in use in the Inbev production country and also, for Direct customers in the IMD SAP system. In this case, the order taker must also enter a PO in the German SAP system. Orders come also in via EDI and YBW; This orders must be copied in the correct SAP system.

- When an order is blocked for credit reasons, interact with the finance department for de-blocking the order.

- Interact with the production planning in the production country for MTO in order to know when the product will be produced.

- Confirm the order to the customers

- Capture changes to order or cancellation and see points above.

- Experience in logistics an advantage

- PC Skills (MS Office)

- Communication skills

- Experience of working in a shared service centre environment an advantage
