1. Purpose of the Job

- Run the continuous improvement project for Export operations 
- Implement sustained new improved ways of working 
- Manage all different stakeholders, in the BSC and also in the Business, to guarantee continuous improvement on the BSC operation 


2. Accountabilities

- Analyse the current procedures and toolsets used in the Export department. 
- Develop recommendations to improve efficiency, automate process steps, optimize certain routines etc. 
- Implement the recommendations in the export teams for the different countries. 
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with project and non-project associates (within or outside of BSC) related to the focus of the project 
- Capable of being entrusted with "confidential" information 
- Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements 
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope 
- Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards 
- Minimizes our exposure and risk on project 
- Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately 


3. Qualifications and Technical competencies required Education 
 
- High school / University - Logistics is an asset 

 
Experience 
- 5 years experience in Logistics processes, preferably in the FMCG sector 
- 5 years experience in improvement projects management / support 
- Proficient in working in an ERP environment 
- In working in a process-oriented organization

Technical Competencies : 

- Strong knowledge of Export / Domestic Logistics processes 
- Able to run an end-to-end process change 
- Knowledge of SAP 
- Computer skills (Microsoft office : excel, word, outlook); 
- Able to work on own initiative and prioritize workload effectively 
- Able to work with different ICT systems 

 
 
Language skills 
 
- Fluent English in speaking, reading and writing 
- One of the following other WE languages is an asset: GE, FR, NL
