Our client, a well-known international company, is now looking for Business planning manager.
THE CONTRACT WILL BE TILL 30.1.2011
The Business Planning Manager is responsible for driving the execution per the plan to ensure on-time order intake and delivery of consumer products for a portfolio of countries. The tasks and responsibilties include:
• Monitor sell-out and inventory data highlighing and following-up of potential issues
• Agree on a detailed shipment/delivery forecast through a close weekly cooperation with the EMEA segment mgrs, local country teams and/or HP customers
• Work closely with customer operations/country teams/external partners to ensure on-time order load that is matching the forecast
• Work closely with manufacturing to ensure on-time production and shipment
• Provide qualitative feedback on the country forecast, partner and market environment when needed within the EMEA organization
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics or Sales or equivalent experience
• 2 to 3+ years' order management or demand planning experience
• Experience in contacting clients and suppliers to resolve problems
• Experience in preparing and maintaining progress and other reports
• Supply chain management and demand management experience
• Experience with build schedules
• Order/Shipment planning experience
• Operations plans experience
• Fluent in English
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Analytical skills
• Capacity to interpret complex data
• Work to weekly deadlines
