Main responsibilities:

- Flawless execution of all Customer Service order and customer inquiry processes and sub-processes.
- Ensure customer experience is positive
- At all times act as Customer Service Professional and maintain a strong business relationship with assigned customers
- Communicating with other departments in EM, such as Logistics, Accounts Receivable, Billing etc.

 
Requirements of Candidate   

- Fluent in English
- Fluent in another language - if required for specific job

- Microsoft Office proficiency
