Lead Siebel developer working on: 

  • Siebel, that is a business critical application at company used by various functions in the organisation.

  • Siebel team comprises of developers and business analysts responsible for day to day support, maintenance and development of the application.

  • Understand business requirements, design, build and test Siebel application.

  • Enhance a customized Siebel solution in UI, integration and functional areas.

  • Participate in deployment of new functionality to test and live environments.

  • Handling queries from end users on application usage and resolving usability/ data problems.

  • Work with owners of other Interoute applications that interface with Siebel to develop new features/resolve problems.

Siebel developer: 

  • Must have excellent communication (verbal and written), interfacing with both IT and business teams.

  • Team player with ability to work with a diverse team.

  • Ability to meet SLAs and communicate effectively with end users.

  • Promotes co-operation, participation and sharing of ideas and information across the team

  • Excellent prioritization skills.

.. with skills, knowledge and experience: 

  • Should have 3 - 4 years of Siebel Implementation experience in versions 7.8/8.0 with overall more than 5 years.

  • Should have been involved in multiple end-to-end implementation with exposure to various roles and activities.

  • Should be hands-on in Siebel Configuration, Scripting and Workflows.

  • Should have hands-on experience in Siebel EAI implementation (Web Services) technical approach

  • Knowledge of Run time events and Data Validation Manager.

  • Knowledge of Actuate Report Development

  • Knowledge of RDBMS concepts, SQL Server (2000 or higher), should be able to write and execute queries on the database.

  • Experience with Siebel 7.8 Order Management.

  • Experience with Product Configuration.
