Sales Manager (Specialty SW Sales Representative) specialized in selling one of the IBM Software brands within the Czech republic, cross sectors.
Responsibilities:
• Matching IBM SW solutions to customer requirements and selling IBM offerings directly to customers or through IBM Business Partners.
• Winning new license sales and generate revenue in line with specified individual targets (monthly and quarterly driven).
• Develop and maintain expertise in a designated set of IBM SW offerings.
• Developing and managing a sales pipeline.
• Working with, and influencing the activities of IBM Business Partners as appropriate.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
• Maintain an understanding of the product set and its future development.
• Present value of IBM solutions to high levels of customer management and driving product sales.
• Monitor and communicate competitive activity and IBM´s differentiators.
• Effective teaming with other IBM sales and technical sales resources to provide complete solutions to customer business requirements.
Education and Experience:
• University degree
• At least 5 years experience in selling SW brands and solutions.
• At least 4 years experience in cooperation with clients and business partners - proven track record of solid achievement at current/previous companies.
• Experiences with developing appropriate winning sales strategies.
• Understanding of competition.
• Strong ability to identify and prioritize the key opportunities.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in both English and Czech/Slovak.
• Flexibility to travel. Working location - Prague.
• Specialist position with no direct people management responsibilities.
