1. Purpose of the Job

- Maintenance and processing of Bonus Management contracts for On-trade customers.
- Create and maintain on-invoice as well as off-invoice discounts (Rebates) for AbInBev on-trade and off-trade customers.


2. Accountabilities

- Maintain our extensive database of rebate agreements.
- Periodical update and creation of on-invoice discounts (for National + Off-trade).
- Answer to queries related to the information available in the systems.
- Meeting SLA requirements for the given processes
- SLA & Performance Indicators tracking support
- Update of Process Documentation
- Perform other duties as requested by the Teamleader


3. Qualifications and Technical competencies required Education

- high school


Experience

- Basic experience with working in an SAP environment preferred
- Able to work on own initiative and prioritize workload effectively
- 0,5 years of working experience or a degree in a field related to accounting or economics
