Key Accountabilities

- Maintain accurate information in our customer and product database. Independent verification of changes.
- Timely update of customer and product data.
- Maintain our extensive database of rebate agreements.
- Answer to queries related to the information available in the systems coming from CSC agents
- Update of Process Documentation
- SLA & Performance Indicators tracking support
- Perform other duties as requested by the Supervisor


We require

- High school (dutch MBO education)
- Intermediate level of Dutch (spoken, reading and writing)
- Fluent in English (spoken, reading and writing)
- Basic experience with working in an SAP environment preferred
- Work in a multi-cultural environment
- High level of service mindset
- High level of accuracy
- Hands-on mentality & pro-active attitude
- Basic business sense
