Key Accountabilities

- Responsible to prepare & update all data required to assure availability of packaging materials for all plants in GE. Responsible to plan selected materials. This includes data analysis for coordination of packaging material changeovers and the alignment between departments and suppliers to achieve best possible results under cost and quality aspects.
- Download and validate weekly dynamic (APO Plan Orders) and static (BOM) data from systems (Excel, APO)
- Run & weekly communication of MRP to suppliers (BNFL&GE) & Materials management (Access, Excel, Outlook)
- Update of information required for material changeovers
- Follow up and alignment on supplier stocks, upload & maintaining of data in SAP on a weekly basis (BNFL&GE) (Outlook, SAP)
- Check IDOC List and initiate stock upload into SAP P11 (SAP)
- Planning & placing packaging material contracts in SAP for selected material groups
- Escalating of material constraints in time when necessary
- Run access queries and save access reports on share (MS Access)


We require:

Education / Language skills
- Languages: Fluency in German & Good knowledge of English
- Logistics degree, university level of equivalent through experience

Experience:
- Logistic/supply chain roles (stock management,planning,scheduling,pack change)
- Experience in MRP planning

Technical and Process competencies:
- Good knowledge of SAP, MS Excel and knowledge of MS Access
- Business knowledge: filling constraints& pack change (promo's/projects) & supplier constraints
