Key Accountabilities:

- Manage a team of 7+ employees.

- Coach and develop the team to ensure SLA achievement

- Capture all queries and complaints from BSC clients

- Follow-up on all complaints and queries in order to solve customer requests within specified timeframe

- Develop and implement training documentation

- Co-operate with other departments and create action plans to ensure continuous improvements in SLA achievement and client satisfaction


We require:

- University or high school with equivalent knowledge

- Experience in Customer Service environment

- Knowledge of SAP and / or other financial applications + MS Office

- Experience in leading a team

- High level of service mindset

- Initiative, good analytical and problem solving skills

- Dynamic personality

- Highly results focused mind

- Fluent English in speaking, reading and writing

- Upper-intermediate French in speaking, reading and writing
