1. Purpose of the Job
- The primary responsibility is to Manage empties customer accounts, download and send empties reports, reconcile KEG stock balances with customers, implement and manage the aviso system, capture, treat and prepare for further processing incoming avisos, manage escalation from large customers and certain special cases. The incumbent will use various tools to complete a transaction and ensure that transactions are processed in a timely manner.
2. Accountabilities
- Responsible for empties customer accounts and balances. Download and send empties reports, reconcile KEG stock balances with customers, implement and manage the new aviso system, manage escalation from large customers and certain special cases.
- Receipt, process and follow up avisos
- Enforce the proper keg return process, manage and communicate expectations with customers
- Address issues, coordinate resolution across the organization
- Track and trace incoming packaging material returns reconcile advised and physically counted items, resolve differences.
- Key responsibilities & activities
o Manage empties customer accounts
o Announce changes in credit status
o Implement and manage the new Aviso system
o Check and forgo any misbooking
o Generate open items overview of empties accounts
o Handle escalation issues for big / prestigious customers
o Run reports on a daily basis
o Other support activities
3. Qualifications and Technical competencies required Education / Language skills
- High school / University
- Individual should be proficient in English.
- Proficient German is an advantage.
