Supply Quality Engineer - Engineering

OUR CLIENT, A PRODUCTION COMPANY (250 PEOPLE) SPECIALIZING IN AIRCRAFT ENGINEERING, IS NOW LOOKING FOR SUPPLY QUALITY ENGINEER TO JOIN THEIR NEW TEAM!
- Interface between suppliers, engineering, manufacturing and sourcing to drive quality improvements
- Provide supplier qualification audits - approval process
- Provide supplier surveliane audits
- Monitor supplier's non-conconformities, implement corrective actions (CAPA)
- Conduct root cause analysis and FMEA for process improvement
- Continually work with suppliers to improve performance
- Maintain supplier's quality & delivery metrics
- First piece qualification on supplier's side
- University Degree, in mechanical engineering or metallurgy
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing/metalurgy/quality
- Fluent in English and Czech languages
- Excellent negotiation and persuasive Skills
- Conceptional thinking
- Proactive approach
