Quality Engineer - Repair department

Our client, an international global leader in electronics, is now looking for a senior candidate to fill in the role of Quality Engineer - Repair department.
• Quality and productivity of repair and spare parts management services provided by the partner network
• Challenges quality output of repair/parts service partners
• Sets metrics in repair quality, identifies non-quality and drives recovery plan to meet targets
• Documents and improves related processes in EMEA with best-in-class approach
• Analysis, reporting and drill down of each key performance indicator to help understand trend and feedback to Partners
• Review and determine product quality impact on repair quality goals
• Performing onsite partner audits to review all processes especially repair processes influencing repair quality metrics
• Contributes to regular partner evaluation
• At least bachelor's degree, Electronic Engineering is a must
• Quality assurance knowledge (ISO 9000 and Lean 6S)
• Very good knowledge of repair or production processes
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Up-to-date in latest PC/laptop hardware trends and technologies is an advantage
• Fluent English, Czech language is not required
• Must be EU citizen
